Where are all the Centre Hotels?

The Sint Nicolaas, Citadel, Crystal, Tourist Inn and Princess Hotels are all in the centre of Amsterdam. Hotel De Duif is to be found in the centre of Lisse, very close to the world famous ‘Keukenhof'. Hotel De Paasberg is located in the centre of Ede.

What is the earliest I can check in?

Rooms are available for check-in from 14.00 at all our hotels.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is the same at all hotels, bar one: you must vacate your room by 11.00. In Hotel Citadel, you can check out until midday. NB: late check-out is available at many hotels. Get in touch with reception about this service.

Do all rooms have their own bathroom?

All the 3-star hotels (Citadel, De Duif, De Paasberg and Sint Nicolaas) have their own bathroom, with either bathtub or shower. Some also have a private sauna cubicle. At the budget hotels (Tourist Inn, Princess and Crystal), some rooms are privately equipped with bathrooms, whilst others make use of shared facilities.

What is the situation with tourist taxes, services costs and breakfast?

The rates in Hotel de Paasberg are exclusive tourist taxes and inclusive breakfast. Hotel de Duif offers you a special rate exclusive breakfast and tourist tax. For breakfast you can buy vouchers at the reception in Hotel de Duif. (€ 9,50 per person per night). The tourist tax is € 2,00 per person per night.

How do I get to the hotels from Schiphol Airport?

For the hotels in Amsterdam, you just get on a train to Amsterdam Centraal, a short ride of 15 minutes. From there, you're just a short 5-minute walk to most of the hotels. For Hotel De Duif in Lisse, you take bus number 61, in the direction of ‘Sassenheim'. Alight at the ‘Vreewijk' stop. For Hotel de Paasberg, take the train to Utrecht Centraal. From there, you can take the train to Ede-Wageningen.

Can I dine in the hotels?

Hotel de Paasberg has its own restaurant. Hotel De Duif cooperates with the neighbouring restaurant ‘Op Visite.'

Are all hotels open at night?

In principle, all hotel receptions are manned 24 hours a day, with the exception of the Princess, De Paasberg and De Duif hotels, where a night watchman is on duty.

Is there a safe available?

The Sint Nicolas, Citadel and Crystal hotels have safes available in the rooms. At the rest of the hotels, you may leave valuables with reception. There is always a safe available.

What kind of meeting and entertainment facilities are available?

Both the De Paasberg and De Duif hotels are equipped with meeting facilities. Call for more details. You might want to combine with a meal in the restaurant.

What is the cancellation policy?

All Centre Hotels abide by the ‘General Conditions' of the Hotels and Restaurants organisation of the Netherlands: Horeca.
